Private and Small Group Training
Fitness is personal. We all have different reasons why we work out and our job is to help you reach your goals, whatever they may be. If you come from a place, like Coach Andrea, you might have a lot of weight to lose. You might be coming from a place where you're stuck and don't know what to do. You might want to try something new in your routine or maybe you want to train your body to do things you never thought possible. Or maybe you have a pretty good plan and just need a cheerleader, workout buddy or accountability. Fitness can be daunting and overwhelming and there are so many obstacles that are easy to get in the way. It can make us resent the gym or working out. It doesn't have to be that way. We want you to be encouraged and enthusiatstic about your fitness. Our coaches will help you build your fitness and your fitness community. Remember, this is YOUR journey and we are here to give you the tools you need to succeed.
Classes will be held on-site at your location or Fitness Works in South Philadelphia.
